Mr Fothergill’s is a brand that has reach across the globe. We handle the social media persona for the brand in the UK as well as get involved in special projects to help improve the digital presence for the brand.
Many years ago, we were engaged to establish a social media presence for the Mr Fothergill’s consumer facing brand on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, whilst also covering off the family of brands for the Group on LinkedIn. Over the years, we’ve been involved in a number of digital projects along the way including email marketing auditing, member centre interface design and GUI analysis, and in 2022 we were asked to help with the redesign of the Mr Fothergill’s website.
We’ve been working with the brand ever since, covering off various elements of the brand’s life such as partnership working with the RHS, Fleuroselect and others, magazine cover-mounts, editorial by the gardening press and the shows circuit, the jewel in the crown of which just has to be RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
We also cover front-line customer service support on social media, as well as catch various reputation-management issues as they crop up on user-generated websites across the internet. We interface with almost every department at Mr Fothergill’s headquarters in Suffolk, and are integrated as part of the team.
