We set out by workshopping a digital marketing strategy to identify the channels that would be of best use to get Baker Consultants’ brand visible again. We also defined an immediate issue with wrongly posted negative reviews campaign which we set out immediately to correct. We’ve worked to a content marketing and social media marketing strategy since that point and have seen significant gains across the board, using company news and thought leadership pieces to position the brand within the ecology and planning/development industries.
Alongside this, and an absolutely integral element of our digital marketing successes, is the offline activity that has been running alongside. The brand has no lack of things to talk about, but has needed help in bringing their stories to the surface so that their audience can see it. As content has been pulled together and then published and distributed, the online visibility for the brand has incrementally increased over the year. So too have quality inbound enquiries, with a couple of major contracts won during the year.
