Summer is always a busy time for our friends at HECK!, and 2025 is proving to be no exception. They’ve launched into the season at full speed, bringing their trademark energy and creativity to everything they do. 

From the return of exciting limited edition HECK! Sausages to a series of Hot HECK! Summer Competitions and show appearances, there’s plenty going on in the world of sausages right now!

Serving Up HECK! Pork & Strawberry Sausages for Wimbledon

While M&S launched a strawberries and cream sandwich to celebrate the return of Wimbledon, HECK! put their own spin on the classic British summer flavour by blending sweet British strawberries with juicy pork to create the HECK! Pork & Strawberry Sausage; an unexpected combo that turned heads in supermarkets and on social media alike. Although it’s an unusual combination, it somehow just…works. These sausages are perfect for enjoying with a side of Pimm’s and fresh strawberries while watching the action, or for tucking into straight from the grill at home. Either way, it was a summer special not to miss.

HECK! Hits the Summer Shows Circuit

Summer is also show season for HECK!, and the team have been busy travelling up and down the country meeting customers face-to-face.

They kicked things off at the BBC Good Food Show at NEC Birmingham, where foodies from across the UK gathered to discover the latest and greatest in food and drink. HECK! showcased their classic favourites and exciting new flavours, with plenty of samples handed out to eager visitors. Their stand was buzzing all week, with fans coming by to chat to the team, stock up on sausages and find out more about what makes HECK! products so special.

Next up was The Great Yorkshire Show, one of the biggest events in HECK!’s calendar and right on their doorstep in North Yorkshire. This iconic agricultural show brings together farmers, food producers, rural businesses and the general public for four days of competitions, displays and shopping. For HECK!, it’s always a highlight to meet their local customers, share tasters and show off the brand alongside other local businesses flying the flag for Yorkshire.

On top of these major shows, the HECK! team have also been popping up at smaller food festivals and events throughout the summer, spreading their message of healthy, flavour-packed sausages and burgers to new fans wherever they go. It’s a Hot HECK! Summer with Competitions Galore

It wouldn’t be summer without HECK! turning up the heat with some sizzling competitions, and this year they’ve made sure there’s something for everyone.

First up was their huge summer BBQ giveaway. With BBQ season in full swing, HECK! gave fans the chance to win everything they needed to become the ultimate grill master. Prizes included a Weber BBQ worth £500, a year’s supply of HECK! bangers and burgers and some Jubel beer – all to make hosting friends and family even easier.

Next came their Wilderness Festival competition, bringing all the summer festival vibes to HECK! fans. The lucky winner didn’t just bag two tickets to Wilderness Festival 2025, they also received weekend camping passes, giving them everything they needed for the ultimate festival experience. Think glitter, good times and dancing under the stars, because that’s exactly what a Hot HECK! Summer is all about.

For Wimbledon, the team ran a tennis-themed competition to celebrate the return of their limited-edition HECK! Pork & Strawberry Sausage. Winners didn’t just receive one pack, but treated to six packs of the summery sausages! The HECK! Bride’s Lucky Sausage Returns for Wedding Season

With summer comes wedding season, and so HECK! have brought back their Bride’s Lucky Sausage to help brides add a little extra luck (and sunshine) to their special day.

But, what exactly is the Bride’s Lucky Sausage, and where did the idea come from? It all started with a TikTok trend showing brides-to-be burying a sausage in the garden the night before their wedding to guarantee sunshine. While it sounds bizarre, this tradition is said to have Yorkshire roots, where HECK! are based. Legend has it that burying a sausage brings good weather for your big day, and when HECK! fans began tagging the brand in these videos, the team decided to create a sausage especially for the occasion.

The HECK! Bride’s Lucky Sausage comes as a ring, seasoned with sage, rosemary, thyme and a sprinkle of HECK! magic. The Launch of the GSN x HECK! Ready Meal

HECK! have teamed up with GSN for an exciting new launch: the GSN x HECK! Pesto Pasta Pot. This marks the first time HECK! has landed in a ready meal, and fans are loving it.
