  • You’ll be adept at designing SEO campaigns and executing on a plan that you have agreed with the client
  • Setting up paid search and paid social campaigns, conducting keyword research, landing page optimising and creating ad copy is a day to day feature of the job
  • Ability to keep an eye on CPA to optimise budgets, and an ability to scale up and scale down campaigns according to client marketing calendars and seasonal needs
  • Optimising campaigns and keeping a close watching eye on conversion activity, and being able to report this back to the client in an easy-to-understand jargon-free way
  • Provision of analysis to feed into campaign design and performance recommendations
  • Report writing incorporating the maintenance of data KPIs to feed into the written report writing routine
  • Good attention to detail, pro-active and ability to self-manage workload

  • Friendly and respectful, and a collaborative team player.

This role is for the office in Bakewell, Derbyshire in the heart of the beautiful Peak District.

Each of our clients are different in personality, in aims of their businesses and how they define success. Responding to the different needs of our clients and putting that into practice through the outputs of their accounts requires someone who is comfortable communicating with people. It is vital therefore that the successful candidate is happy to talk with people face to face and on the phone for those communications that simply cannot be dealt with by email.

We want to hear your experiences at the coal face of delivering PPC and SEO campaigns. We want to know how you have overcome account recovery issues, how you approach account structure strategy and generally deal with issues presented by platform configuration issues and how you overcame them. We want to hear about the great clients you have worked with and what you achieved for them, and also the awful ones and how you handled your communications with them. We want to hear about your successes. We also want to hear about your failures and what these taught you.

Ideal candidate profile

Marketing agency working by default is a quick paced environment as we respond daily to client requests and new work. We are seeking candidates with solid hands-on experience in PPC and SEO:

  • Paid social experience
  • PPC ad platform experience
  • SEO – on-page, off-page, analytics, tech SEO
