Introducing the New Weiss Technik UK Website! Streamlined, Strategic and Ready For The Future

After several months of dedicated effort, Weiss Technik UK is proud to announce the launch of a brand-new website. The new site is a streamlined, modern platform designed to better serve Weiss Technik’s customers and align more closely with the global identity of this international brand that reaches markets in all four corners of the globe.

This project has been a significant undertaking, combining creative user interface design, strategic content curation, and cross-border collaboration with two in-house teams in Germany. As part of Weiss Technik’s wider goal to centralise and unify subsidiary websites across different countries, we set out to condense a previously sprawling website, containing hundreds of pages, into a concise, powerful structure of just ten key pages.

The challenge was clear: how do you capture the full breadth of what Weiss Technik UK offers in a way that is clear, modern, and user-friendly, without losing important product information? The answer lay in precise, considered content strategy and design. Every word and visual element had to earn its place. The new graphical user interface reflects this focus, creating a streamlined browsing experience that reflects the technical expertise and innovation at the heart of Weiss Technik’s business.

But that wasn’t all…

Running in parallel to the website development, we also undertook a major digital transformation project, migrating a locally managed Hubspot database to a centralised, enterprise-level Hubspot solution. This was far more than a simple data transfer. With tens of thousands of lines of CRM data to parse, clean, and interpret, we quickly discovered that inter-account migration within Hubspot is far from straightforward. We had to overcome both technical limitations and data quality challenges to ensure a smooth transition, without disrupting operations or customer engagement.

What made these parallel projects even more complex was the fact that they were managed by two different teams within Germany. Coordinating across time zones, languages, and workstreams required meticulous project and programme management. From defining the critical path to synchronising timelines and managing stakeholder expectations, this was a true test of communication, collaboration, and planning.
